Estimated delivery times

Orders may ship from the United States or Norway, depending on product availability and the fulfillment location.

The following estimates cover the complete period from placing your order until delivery:

Orders shipped from the United States: approximately 8–9 business days.

Orders shipped from Norway: approximately 10–12 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, customs processing, or an incorrect delivery address may affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, it may arrive in more than one package. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@fjordandpine.com and include your order number.

Delivery address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
